Pilot Terms of Service
These planning terms define the intended pilot boundaries but require professional legal review before accepting paid enrollment.
Pilot structure
The working pilot is 90 days at $19.95 per month, limited to 10 founding households. The pilot is intended to test service usefulness, workload, member experience, and willingness to pay. Future services and pricing are not guaranteed.
Advisory scope
Trusted Digital Advisor provides education, independent technology guidance, decision support, and limited remote assistance when appropriate. Members remain responsible for their decisions and actions.
Important exclusions
- No guarantee that a scam, message, device, account, or transaction is safe.
- No physical hardware repair.
- No custody of passwords, authentication codes, recovery codes, or financial credentials.
- No moving money, authorizing transactions, or impersonating the member.
- No legal, financial, medical, law-enforcement, or emergency services.
- No 24/7 availability unless expressly stated in a future written agreement.
Remote sessions
Remote guidance should use approved tools, a defined purpose, appropriate consent, and member presence/control. Unattended access is not part of the default pilot model.
Reasonable use and scheduling
The pilot is not unlimited technical labor. Hours, channels, scheduling, response expectations, and fair-use limits should be stated in the final enrollment agreement.
End of pilot
The working intent is that the pilot ends after 90 days. Any continuing service or new pricing should require a separate explicit agreement rather than an automatic transition.
Additional legal sections
Payment terms, cancellation/refund terms, limitation of liability, dispute terms, governing law, intellectual property, data processing, accessibility, and required consumer notices must be completed with qualified professional review.
