Our approach
Trusted Digital Advisor is designed to collect only the information reasonably needed to provide advisory services, schedule interactions, maintain appropriate service records, and improve the pilot.
Information we may collect
- Contact and scheduling information.
- Information you choose to share about technology questions, devices, services, goals, and preferences.
- Service notes and feedback needed to provide continuity and evaluate the pilot.
- Basic website or form information provided by the platforms we use.
Information we do not want you to provide
Please do not provide passwords, authentication codes, recovery codes, PINs, Social Security numbers, complete financial account numbers, or other credentials. Our operating model is designed to avoid credential custody.
Remote guidance
If screen sharing or remote assistance is used, it should occur only with a defined purpose, appropriate consent, and the member present and able to end the session.
Family and care partners
Payment by another person does not automatically authorize disclosure of member information. Any information sharing should follow the member's permissions and the final written policy.
Retention, security, vendors, rights, and contact
These sections must be completed after the actual technology stack, vendors, record-retention schedule, state-specific rights, and business contact information are finalized.
