Privacy should be understandable.
We collect the minimum information reasonably needed to communicate with you, deliver the service you request, and operate the business.
Effective date: September 2, 2026
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site or service, we may collect contact information, messages you send us, scheduling information, payment-related transaction details supplied by our payment processor, service notes, and information you choose to share during advisory work.
Information we do not want you to send
Do not send passwords, PINs, authentication or verification codes, recovery codes, Social Security numbers, full bank or card numbers, or identity documents unless a specific lawful process has been established and you have been expressly told it is necessary. In normal service, we do not need these items.
How we use information
- Respond to questions and deliver requested services.
- Schedule and document interactions.
- Process purchases and memberships through third-party payment providers.
- Maintain service quality, safety, and reasonable business records.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect against misuse.
Payments
Online payments may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. Payment-card information entered into the provider’s checkout is handled under that provider’s privacy and security practices; Trusted Digital Advisor does not need to receive or store your full card number.
Scheduling and service providers
We may use service providers for scheduling, email, forms, hosting, payment processing, video meetings, and other business functions. Those providers receive information as needed to perform their services.
Family and care-partner privacy
A person paying for or helping arrange service for another adult does not automatically receive details about that adult’s interactions. Information is shared with a care partner only with appropriate authorization or when otherwise required by law.
Retention and security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures and retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for service, legal, safety, and business purposes. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct contact information, stop non-essential communications, or discuss deletion of information that we are not legally or operationally required to retain.
Changes
We may update this notice as the business and service providers change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
